I have been frustrated as there is no way to contact Princess to give them feedback. Their web site does not allow email to them. They don't answer letters - I sent one over a month ago. If that's how they treat Platinum Captain's Club members, how do they treat the rest? Their 800# is a joke unless one wants brochures.
Send your message to your t/a... he or she will forward it to the appropriate interested party. That's no different with any cruise line. Your t/a is the best route to those at the cruise line who will listen to what you have to say and appreciate it. Otherwise, you'll be just one of thousands they get every week. In time they will answer.
Frank... not too hard to do if you have just two vessels and are a Luxury Brand with luxury brand per Diem's. The question was what's the best way to get through to Princess. Again, they will answer you in time. The volume of mail they have to deal with is probably 10 or more times what Crystal copes with. No excuse, though... you should be and will no doubt be answered. You t/a can cut through all of that and get it to the right person, directly.
