Sailing on 3/29 Golden. Finally decided on New Waves Discover Scuba on St. Maartin only to find out that we are wait listed. Do they add seats/tours when they overbook excursions? It only makes sense to, especially in this case.
Many excursions are limited due to facilities or "guides/hosts". Sometimes the operator may be able to add extra excursion capacity, but in my experience it is fairly fixed. Hang in there though, there may be some cancellations that would bump you into confirmed status.
