Culinary displays?
we were on the Sea Princess awhile ago and one night the chef's put on this amazing display of their culinary skills, everything from ice sculputres, schooners made out of spun sugar, fruit carvings things like that. I was beautiful. I was wondering does Princess still do this, specifically on the Golden? If they do, we will make sure we take in this wonderful display.

Our Golden cruise was over Hallowe'en last year, so they did do some amazing things with food. Not sure if that's typical of Golden, or if that was something special for the holiday. Even at that, what you're describing sounds a little more extensive. This was mainly fruit carvings, and bread and marzipan 'sculptures,' etc.

Yes, Princess's staff make phenomenal sculptures on every cruise! Each artist adds his own creations to the mix, too, so you're apt to see different vegetable sculptures even if you have taken quite a few cruises with Princess.
