It's $15 per person in the steak house; and $20 in Sabatinis. Both not worth it. There is a steak available from the menu every night (left hand side) and there are nights when a filet is available. For pasta there is always one available either as an appetizer or main (you can get a small portion as an appetizer).
We enjoyed our dinner at the Sterling Steak House. We went on a night when there was nothing on the main dining room menu that sounded especially appealing to us.
They bring a sample to the meat right to your table for your approval.
