Just logged on to princess.com and put in name and booking number and all the info I had put in a few weeks ago was gone, including our excursions. Apparently there has been some glitch but was assured by someone at the 800 number that she could see everything. I added the two I wanted with her and she advised that all is well.
Perhaps you may want to check your info as how many times have we heard - yup, all is well.......
I confirmed with Princess by phone, there was a "glitch in the site" today. All should be better by 3/18. You may have to check your information that you entered, but i just checked mine, (sailing on the Coral 3/22 ans i am STOKED!) and all is back, and well.
These glitches occur from time to time on all computer systems, but the information is never really lost. And even in the case of a complete system wipeout, which is extremely rare, these large companies back up all their files in a completely separate location. Not to worry!
