I have tried to register my immigration details on the Cruise personaliser to save time at check in but it still says 'incomplete'. The only information I can't fill in is the Visa part as I am a UK citizen and do not need a visa. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
I had the same problem - I kept getting "time expired" finally when I did get all the info in always showed as INCOMPLETE. Ended up getting my travel agent to do it. Apparently tho, it will not show complete until tickets have been sent.
If you are not filling in a Visa, you need to make sure on the handlebars on the dates (date of issue and date of expiration) say month day year. If they are filled in at all, you will get the error. It took me a few tries to figure this out.

It will show complete when it is complete. It has nothing to do with the tickets being send. If your having a hard time, just wait for your pre-cruise documents and fill them in and send it by mail. They come about 2 weeks after final payment.

We had the same problem. It just said incomplete even though it was complete. We called Princess and they could see that it was complete but told them it was incomplete also. They had to do something on their end and than it finally said complete.
In other words it may say incomplete but still be complete. Either you or your TA call Princess and make sure they have it so it shows complete and that all the information is correct.
