Default Cruising with an 18 month old?

Our family is taking a cruise and we are planning on going with our 18 month old - are we crazy? Do you all have any tips or suggestions to help us make the trip enjoyable for one and all?

Do you know what the crib/pool/dining/ babysitting options are for an 18 month old?

The last time we took a cruise we did not have an infant and I am hoping to make sure this trip will be smooth sailing for one and all.

Karen - you might find more information over on the Family Cruise Board- Search in the articles section of this site, there is a great article about crusing with infants.
You have to make arrangements ahead of time for a crib in your cabin.

Princess does not offer any services for children under 3 years old. Carnival does offer services for babies.
