Cruise of the British Isles

I would like to know if anyone has done the Princess cruise of the British Isles?

This is the cruise that starts in England, then to Ireland, Scotland, LeHarve France and then back to England.

How long is the trip, any problems, some of the highlights of the cruise, and what is the ship that is used?

..the ship depends on the year, I did one in 1999 on a similar itinerary that was on the Pacific Princess (original Love Boat). I just came back from one (5/31) that was much the same itinerary on the Royal Princess, next year the same itineary is on a much different ship.

It is a fantastic itinerary, but the weather can be MUCH varied. HIGHLIGHT...Berlin has to be it ! Such a fantastic city, in 1999 when we went there we were on the bus from Hamburg (where the ship docked) into Berlin, this last time, it was a chartered train (it was great).

Itinerary was 12 days this last time, 14 the first time.

Sailed last year on the royal princess, 12 day british isles. The royal is older and smaller than the newer princess ships but is is intimitate and very well kept up.
Weather was great. This voyage also visited bilbao, spain, and small french port near soulac sur mer, great little resort town. Highly recommend this trip, but remember weather in british isles can be rainy at any moment. Least favorite port was dublin.
