Default Montego Bay instead of Ocho Rios

Will be on the Caribbean Princess, Sept. 11-18th.
Princess says that our stop in Ocho Rios has been changed to Montego Bay.
We had planned an excursion to the Dunn's River Falls. Now I see that it is a 2 hour drive from Montego Bay. Any suggestions on another excursion that is good but won't take 6-7 hours from this port?
Thanks!
Debbie P.

We did the rafting trip on the Martha Brae in a tropical rainforest and loved it. It is not an active excursion, but a quiet relaxing one. It is also educational. The guides are knowledgable about the local flora and flauna. If you like that kind of stuff, I can recommend it.
