AMEX Platinum Cruise Privilege Program ??

So, has anyone ever used this service of Amex to book their cruise and if so, could you let me know your experiences. Both pro/con Were prices good, TA responsive, the amenities worth it. I thought I would post this question here since Princess is part of the Amex program and I am interested in the Caribean Princess.
