Default Taking food or drinks from buffet

Are you allowed to go to the buffet and grab a glass of juice or a snack and then walk back to your cabin with it or outside on the deck, or do you have to consume it staying in the buffet area?

One of my fondest memories is when hubby and I would go to buffet later in the afternoon, after a day at the pool or at the beach,.
We'd load a couple plates with sushi, fresh fruit and desserts and go back to our cabin cabin , mix a drink, sit out on the balcony and snack !!
Ahh, that is living!

Your answer is YES! Do what you want when you want to.....you are king. just use the same consideration for others that you should use daily.

I forgot to tell you, I get up early, joyce sleeps in too late for dinng room breafast. So.... after my morning jog (or walk) she loves it when I wake her gently with coffee and a couple of pastries from the buffet. Way to live.........eighteen cruises, two more booked.

Best part of our last cruise sounds exactly like pg's experience. A day lazing at the pool, back in the cabin for a snooze, then hubby would go get a plate of snacks from the buffet and we would sit outside on the balcony, have a drink and enjoy. Had a late dinner and all was good. Oh the cruise life.

It was great getting up early, letting my hubby sleep, go get the cup of coffee and come back and sit and enjoy being on the balcony. At 6:30 am there are a few people walking around but it still is quiet before the rest of the guests awake. There is nothing like a cruise and can't wait till April:-)
