Specialty Restaurants

Hello to all fellow cruisers!

My husband and I will be sailing on the Star Princess and was wondering what the two specialty restaurants on that ship are. I know that one is Sabatini's Trattoria but is the other on the Sterling Steakhouse or some type of mexican restaurant? I keep gettng different answers on this one..hope that you can help! Thanks so much!

Princess is in the process of converting all the Mexican
restuarants to Sterling Steakhouses. The Star was already
converted when we were on it last September.

Tried both Sabatini's and the Desert Rose (Sterling) on the Golden last week. Well worth the surcharge in both cases.

For Sabatini's plan on spending 2-1/2 hours for the full 'event' and skip lunch the day you go - its a LOT of food.

The steakhouse was terrific, nicest beef I've had in a looong time and both restaurants had fantastic service.
