What is best time to arrive at pier for Carribean Princess

I really don't like long lines what time do they open the doors & what time would you pros advise getting to port everglades to board thanks

Plan on arriving at the pier around noon and they should start the embarkment process around then.

I concur with Donna, that noon is about right. You'll enjoy being between the two rushes, ie: after the ones who arrive for the 11 A.M. opening, and those who arrive when the paperwork says you should. Princess does an excellent job of getting you aboard, in any case. We've sailed many times on the Grand, Golden, and Caribbean Princess ships, and the only time we had to wait any length of time was a few weeks ago, for the 9/11 sailing. This was because of security, because of the date. Have a great cruise!!
