We are booked on this cruise also. We haven't decided on an excursion for Belize. We're stuck with what is available through the ship since we have such a short time in port.
My DH & I will be sailing with you. We haven't decided on any excursions yet, though I want to go to the Turtle Farm in Grand Cayman. We went there on our 1st cruise & really enjoyed it. We also want to try snorkling at one of the ports. We have never snorkled before! Can't believe we're the only ones on this cruise who come to CM's!According to the Princess web-site and my TA this cruise is almost sold out. Where is everbody?

Hi everyone,
I am here with three others excited about our New Year's cruise. I am doing research for excursions. There are plenty of tips for the Dunn River Fall trip on this site - read todays boards. Keep in touch
I'm making this a golf cruise. I plan to play in Grand Cayman (we've done everything else there), Jamaica, and Cozumel. I might skip Coz if the price is too high. I've booked Ocean-to-Ocean in Panama, we'll likely do a Mayan ruins tour in Belize but haven't decided, and Costa Maya is going to be a beach day. We'll take a taxi to Majahual and just hang out if the weather is nice. I'm going to film my own Corona commercial there.
I am still very excited about our Grand Dec. 28 departure. Hope to hear from other Grand cruisers. Let's keep in touch so that we can meet each other. I am traveling with my two daughters and my 18 yr. grandson.
Hi everyone!
Just 1 month to go! I'm already laying awake at night "packing" in my mind. Must get a pencil and paper to put beside the bed. Haven't decided on any shore excursions, but have looked at them. I just wish the times for the Panama excursions were posted. We don't like to do anything too early! It looks like we're the only ship leaving Galveston on the 28th so maybe things won't be too crazy. Since we're not on the usual "Saturday-Sunday" schedule maybe the ports won't be too crowded either.
Can't wait!

If you want to take any excursion in Panama, it's probably going to be early. The ship can't go into the Canal itself. That means that there will be a little extra time needed for the excursions. As soon as the ship is docked, they staff will likely want people off the ship for the tours. I'll be having to crack the whip to get my wife out of bed and ready, she likes to sleep in, too.
Our TA called yesterday and said ours were in his office. I asked him to mail them to us, since we have a pretty busy week.
We're going to stop and have lunch at a nice restaurant in Galveston before boarding the ship on the 28th, so hope to be aboard around 2-3PM. If anyone wants to get acquainted that afternoon, we could meet in the library around 4 - or the next day, since it is a sea day.
