Caribbean Princess Dining
My husband and I will travel on the Caribbean on Jan 8th. We enjoy PC dining from previous cruises on the Grand. Does anyone recommend a dining room on the Caribbean?

We just returned from the C.P. and found that we only went to the dining room 3 times. On those occasions we ate in the Palm Restaurant (aft). It is smaller than the Coral and a little less crowded. Never had to wait to be seated. Cafe Caribe on Lido and the Horizon Court altered nights for some interesting buffets. Hope this helps.

Coral dining room was the one they used for breakfast and lunch open seating. I ate in the Palm two nights and the Coral 4 nights. If I had to pick I think I liked the Palm better, didn't seem to be as loud. I also found the buffets to be more convenient some evenings. There were two seafood nights in the buffet that were fantastic.

do you need to make reservations for the seafood buffet?

Nope, no reservations necessary for the seafood buffet. It is served in Cafe Caribe.

We too ate in the Palm most nights. Definitely less crowded
and much easier to get a reservation at any time you want.
We did eat at Sterling one night and it was excellent!!!
