Has anyone done the TransAtlantic crossing from New York to Southhampton, England...we
are considering the cruise on the Golden Princess in May. Any advise would help. Thank you

Transatlantic crossings are nice, usually a few more sea days, more relaxed than a say many port days cruise.

You might want to be more specific about what questions you have regarding this cruise!

also considering the transatlantic golden princess sailing on 5/8/05...though we've been on many cruises (caribbean, alaska, hawaii, panama canal, etc.), never was at sea for six days..should there be any concern about rough waters in the atlantic in may? any advice would be help...thanks

We are booked on this cruise too. We also have cruised many times, but never have done an ocean crossing and are somewhat concerned with the ocean being rough in May. Who can tell.. Mother Nature is unpredictable!! We are taking an open booking with a guaranteed balcony . Has anyone stayed longer in England after the cruise on their own but used Princesses' air transportation??
