Re: Dining options
If you have traditional, you may try PC. If you decide you like PC and want to continue with it, please inform the maitre'd so they can give someone on the wait list for traditional seating your table assignment. If you are just going for one or two nights, please let your wait staff or tablemates know so they don't wait for you to show up when you aren't.

you may change once from Traditional dining to Anytime Dining. If you decide that Anytime suits you better you must inform the Maitre D as that will free-up a table in Traditional dining for someone who is waitlisted, once you choose, you canno't flip-flop back and forth at will. If you decide that you prefer Traditonal dining, you do not need to do anything. On the night that you choose to try Anytime dining, please inform your waitstaff that you will not be dining with them as they will set-up and wait for you.
You cannot usually switch from Anytime to Traditional because Traditional is usually waitlisted. You can, however, easily switch from Traditional to Anytime (at least you could on my recent Sapphire cruise). Traditional diners were allowed to use the Anytime dining rooms on a walkin basis (they could not make reservations) any night they wanted without losing their seat in Traditional. If they wanted to be able to make reservations, then they had to give up their seat in Traditional so that someone on the waitlist could have it.
Anyway, that is how it was SUPPOSED to work. In reality, we met several people who had Traditional dining who WERE ABLE to make reservations for Anytime without any problems. I don't think they keep very good track of who is making reservations.
