I was wondering, do I need to bring my own Shampoo, Conditioner and moisturizer? Does Princess provide this. Is it enough to last all week?? Is it good quality stuff or V05 and Jergens in a fancy little bottle??
Well, a guy probably can't really tell you what you want to know, because as long as there's a bar of soap and a little bottle that says "shampoo" on it, I'm all set. There are such things on Princess, and if you run out the steward will be happy to bring you more.
I'm sure some ladies will comment on the relative quality of all the toiletries provided. I'm just pleased that my needs are so simple.
I was on the Coral Princess about 6 weeks ago. Packets of shampoo, conditioner and hand / body lotion were furnished along with small bars of soap. They were of a very good quality, or at least we thought so. The cabin steward will replenish as needed.
if you are used to salon quality shampoo and conditioner then you should bring your own, the ships products are basic drug store quality.
We bring our own soap- skin issues, so i can't comment on the soap that is provided
The hand & body lotion is nice, like Jergens
we are just a poor sheltered couple from san francisco, and would really love the
guidance of our more sophisticated fellow passengers.
so when we all meet aboard ship, please show some mercy on us folks from a
backwater of civilization.
Princess provides little packages of soap, conditioner and shampoo. Your cabin steward will replace them as needed. I really liked them and so did my hubby but if you are particular about a certain product, then I would advise you to bring it.
My advice? Bring a tolietry bag. If you travel alot or a little, it's perfect. You have all you're usual items in there already and you're not running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Also, you can remember all the stuff that you usually forget at the last minute and it's always prepared if you're going overnight or a couple of weeks. I got a nice bag from LL Bean that fits my stuff, and it's the large regular sized stuff, not the trial sized.
