I've read that there is a fantastic seafood buffet the first night in the main buffet area. Its supposed to be chilled seafood and lots of it. No reservations needed.

No reservations are necessary for the seafood buffet. The tables are decorated nicely and we had live music one evening. We ate in the Palm Dining room the rest of the week. We had a standing 7:00 reservation, at the same table and same waitress.
Great Ship. Miss Honey

Seafood buffet is chilled on Sailaway Night; on the two formal nights, if you opt to eat at the buffet, the seafood is hot.

We sailed on her last year and will again on Aug 6th. (two weeks!)
For the seafood...when you first get on the ship, drop you stuff in your cabin, get in all the Ohhs & Ahhs about how nice the ship in and go right up to the pool decks (Lido deck) at the rear of the ship go through the buffet area (horizon court) and dont stop ...keep walking towards the back of the dinning area and their is another buffet area after the first at the very rear of the ship that will have the best seafood, california rolls, sushi, king crab legs, and on certain times grilled skewerd shrimp throughout the cruise. Enjoy
