D732 can be used as a cabin for a wheelchair passenger.. The shower stall is HUGE and has foldown seats and can easily accomodate a large wheelchair. You will love it! Once you use that big shower, it will be hard to go back to a stall shower again.
The beds are on either side of the cabin, fixed to the wall, and you walk between them to get to the living room area. There is no way to put them together to form a queen sized bed. You will see what I mean when you board. If you need to have a queen bed, get your TA to change your cabin but then, you will have the conventional shower over the bath tub. I would stay with D732. Happy Cruising on the Grand...
Actually the beds do go together, it just looks like they won't. We were able to have them put together to make a queen. Perhaps the Grand's beds are bolted to the wall, but we thought the same thing on the Star and the beds were in deed movable.
The cabin has a huge balcony and is well worth the somewhat funky interior design.
