Sapphire-24 hr. Room Service-Can You Order Dinner, etc.?

On the Sapphire Princess, I understand they have 24 hr. room service, but you can't get a fully breakfast - only continental. Does anyone know whether you can order anything other than just basic sandwiches, etc. at dinnertime if you don't feel like going out. I don't mean the special extra-cost "Balcony Dining" option. Thanks!
