We've never cruised before plus I love pictures to look back on an I think from what I've been reading so do a lot of others. Question..........I see all these pics with hardly anyone in them showing what the ship looks like, how do you do this. Also pics of food and all so I'm assuming they have a camera with them at many of the different events and dinners????? I don't want to look nutty but would someone let me know the right way so I won't do it wrong.
Sure - bring your camera wherever you go and shoot away - including in the dining room and at the buffet even your cabin as soon as you get onboard so it's not messed up. The time to get pix without people is when you're in port and they're on shore excursions or shopping. Hope you have a digital camera though a 35mm is fine, too. With a digital, you can always transfer them to a CD and then get prints made at your local Walgreens, CVS, WalMart, etc. If you don't have a digital and are interested in getting one, price them here and if you're going to St. Thomas buy it there at Royal among other camera stores.
I cruise the Emerald Princess, Eastern Caribbean on April 16, 2012
thanks for the reply, I have a digital holds about 500 pictures as long as I don't go up in definition. I will be bringing two others when we go parasailing, one for when we're up there, it's a panaramic little plastic one but takes awsome pictures the other is a disposalable zoom I'm going to ask some of the folks that go out with us if they would be kind enough to take some of us hooking up and flying up in the air.............Hopefully one of them will.
