Caribbean Princess-Which night is Italian night? (menu quest

My hubby and I will be sailing on the Caribbean Princess on 11/19/05. Does anyone know what night will be Italian night as far as the menu goes? We want to make our reservations for Sterling Steakhouse for that night. I had heard recently that they switched the nights around. Has anyone sailed the CP recently that could help me?

Just returned from the CP, and Italian night was Monday night as I recall. I think it's a good call to do the Sterling on that night. My wife is "FBI", Full Blooded Italian, born in Sicily, and neither of us found anything "special" on that menu. Other than that, food was very good. Have a great time, and enjoy the Sterling.
