Default so...not all Princess buffets are created equal??

I don't know why but I was under the assumption that they were pretty much the same on all the ships..at least in my experience they have been. I've been on the Coral, the Sea and Diamond..but I was interested to note from one post that the Dawn doesn't have hot buffet layed out for the entire time and that it has sandwiches in the afternoons and no hot food late at night? I wonder who decides this and why??

I am not sure how late at night they have hot food but we had been up there around 10-11 pm and there was limited items in the hot trays.

Cheeses, desserts, salads were still out as well.

I thought all Princess ships had the 24 hour Horizon Ct. ??? At least on the Princess cruises I've been on they have. Although its not always hot meals, sometimes its just sandwiches, etc.

Horizon Court is open 24 hrs on all Princess ships.
The fare turns lighter around 11pm - sandwiches, salads, desserts, maybe some soups.
After midnight Horizon Court turns into a Bistro - haven't visited it at those hours so i can't comment, then it turns into breakfast fare.

No, not exactly. I guess the closest thing to it would be the Café Del Sol.
