Default Infant RCCL vs. Princess

We are looking to travel New Years with our infant who will be 1 at the time of sailing. We are considering Caribbean Princess or Navigator of the Seas. I am a seasoned cruisers and have been on more than 30 cruises, yet I can't figure it out on my own. I have been on both of these ships, but does anyone have any advise which would be better, regardless of anytime dining of Princess? Prince is pretty much exactly the same.
