Two dinning questions on Caribbean Princess

We have elected regular 8:30 dinning. May we also, if we want skip, our regular seating one or two nights and go to free choice dinning? Secondly, when should we make reservations for the specialty restaurants? Can it be done on line? Thank you for your help.

Make your reservations for the speciality resturants when onboard. Sometimes they fill up and other times they are empty.

I would go a head and skip the reular meal time once or twice. If you do decided to do that instead, I would suggest letting the dinning room manager know.

dpt - you cannot go back and forth from Traditional to Anytime and visa-versa, you have to make a choice. You can switch from Traditional to Anytime if you find that Traditional is not to your liking. You can choose to dine at any of the alternative restaurants on any given night, just inform your wait team that you will not be dining with them on a specific night so that they will not be waiting for you to show up.

He isn't flip-flopping betwen the two. No difference if he wants to go to the Horizon Court one night and skip the 2030 seating.

If you are booked for Traditional, you CAN go to Personal Choice. But if you're booked for Personal Choice, you CANNOT go to Traditional.

dpt - there is such a high-demand and a waitlist for Traditional Dining that if you think that you won't be taking full advantage of it, Princess really would like you to free-up your Traditional slot to someone on the waitlist and opt into Anytime dining which gives you the flexibility- the menu is the same in the Anytime dining rooms as in the Traditional dining room.

What is this dinning you are talking about? Is that where you make a lot of noise. I prefer my dining to be more quiet. lol
