Default IP Horizon Court - Buffet...and Restaurant?

I just read on a web site that highlights everything about a ship, that on the island Princess there is the Horizon Court Buffet...and the Horizon Court Restaurant. Is this true? If so, can you tell me the difference between the two...

They are one and same if I remember correctly.

On most Princess ships, the "Horizon Cour" operates as a buffet during the daytime but a bistro (with full table service) at night.

I believe the Buffet during the day and Bistro at night is correct. However, I seem to recall that the Bistro with table service hours doesn't actually start until late in the evening - around 9 or 10 PM, but I could be wrong.

Yes, which is why I said "at night" rather than "in the evening." IIRC, the normal bistro hours are 10:00 pm to 4:00 am. Thus, you can go there for a snack after closing down either the casino or the disco.

The bistro offers a fixed menu with a good variety of selections. You actually can get a complete dinner with five or six courses, including a pasta course and a choice of four or five entrees and several desserts, if you wish.

I used to work for Princess cruise line.

The horizon court is open after hours, and thats when you can order full meals. I used to work until 3am with the teens aboard, and afterwards i would grab a steak dinner. Its not the greatest steak, by any stretch, but it works.
