Default Hotels

I stayed at the Hampton Inn on 12th St. I was very pleased with this hotel. I can not comment about the others since I have not stayed there.

we drove by the Renaissane and it's very nice from the outside. We decided to sleep a little cheaper since we splurged on the cruise so we stayed at the Ramada Cruiseport. Its about a 10 minute drive to port everglades and they offer a free airport/port everglades shuttle service. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and had a beautiful pool area. The poolside bar made the best Mai Tai's and service was very good. The rate in April wast $130 per night and we stayed 2 nights pre cruise and 2 nights post cruise. If you have your heart set on a 5 star luxury 300$ per night hotel this will not be what your looking for but its where we plan to stay when we cruise again.

We stay closer to University Ave. Most hotels provide free shuttles to the port anyway.
Good luck and have fun.

I stayed at The Renaissance Hotel for my last cruise. It is a very nice hotel. I justed booked another room with them through one of the major bidding sites.
Only thing...if you are renting a car, parking at the hotel is abit expensive. I think it was $14/day.
