What should it cost for a Limo, Taxi, Cab etc to go from JFK to the Brooklyn Red Hook Peir?

Also could someone suggest a good company. I have called some of the place I have founded posted about and the fare is crazy. I could use the ships transportation as cheaply.

Thanks for the info. This is the first time in 18 cruise we have sailed out of NYC don't know much.

You can just grab a cab at the airport. Expect to pay at least $30-40 and make sure you tell them that you are going to Redhook, near downtown brooklyn. Don't just say that you are going to the cruise ship port because the most well known port is in Manhattan. Since the one in brooklyn is new make sure you have a map on hand and tell them where the exact address is. You'll be just fine! If there is no traffic you'll be there in about 30 min's. With traffic it could take over an hour or more. You should assume there will be traffic becuase there is always construction or an accident on the BQE highway. Enjoy!
