Default Crown Princess dock at ports?

Does the Crown Princess get to dock in the ports or is it too large? I hope it does because it doesn't take near as long to get everyone off the ship to go to their excursions.

Hi RASCALANN,

Welcome to Cruisemates!

It depends on the ports! For instance, at Grand Cayman everyone (on the major cruise lines) is tendered.

What are your ports?

Hi again RASCALANN,

What Irish Shark said!

Just wanted to add that if your second stop is St. Thomas (USVI) you will need to go through immigration (again!). You'll be notified of this, and everyone has to do it!

I've heard that some people don't show up and it causes everyone to be late off the ship ! Again, just an FYI!

Fern thanks so much for the info. You too Irish Shark. I'm so glad we don't have to tender. It takes so long that way! I'm sailing out on the 9th! Can't wait!

The Crown docks at every port. Just a note: we have immigration check in San Juan. If you are not on an excursion go to the lounge with your passport around 10:00 and walk right thru (showing your passport). Just off the Crown on Monday.
