I have not gone to St. Lucia or Martinique yet, but here are my recommendations on the others.

>> Antigua. The tour of Neson's Dockyard is excellent.

>> Grenada. Take the full island tour. If you like to cook, stock up on spices -- they are very inexpensive and keep practically forever.

>> St. Thomas. The excursion called "Champagne Catamaran Sailaway to St. John" is worth every penny of its price!

Have a wonderful cruise!

Norm.

so much depends upon who you are and what you want to do. Are you a family or a couple? Do you want to snorkel, scuba dive, watersports, other outdoor activities, history, shopping?
Norm gave you a couple of great suggestions

Hello,

I was in Antigua in Feb and had a great time. When we left the ship we just planned on shopping near the piers. It was very busy and crowded. After awhile of fighting the crowds a guy named Anthony approached us and offered an island tour for $20 each. We accepted and had a wonderful time. He took us all over the island. It was a perfect day and I am certain we saw parts of the island that most tourist never get to see. We felt guilty only giving him $40 for an entire day so we gave him an addtional $40 when he dropped us off at our cruise ship. He drove a white van and he had smiley faces and "Don't worry be happy" on the windshield sun visor. Very nice guy and he made our trip on Antigua memorable.

We took the Jeep tour to the Sugar Plantation. Not worth it

In Antigua you can prebook on the net at "lawrenceofantigua.com". 4 people for a total of $100. Almost full day. Sir Lawrence even waited in the parking lot while my wife and I went for a swim at a beach 2 hours for $20.
