I recently read the the Emerald Princess (I think) has something called "Chef's Table Dining".
It consist of being seated in the galley and having an appitizer and drink while watching the staff prepare and deliver dinner. You then are greated by the chef and he has prepared a menu specifically for you and he explains it to you. Then you are taken to a private dining area and served your dinner with wine included. At the end you receive a copy of the Princess cookbook autographed by the chef. All of this for $70 per person.
Princess is going to roll out this concept fleet wide.
My question: Does anyone know when this will happen, as we are booked on the Crown Princess in October and really want to do this.
