You can switch to Anytime but if you want to go back there might be a waitlist.

Breakfast and lunch is a free-for-all for everyone.

The menues change daily.

You can go to Anytime Dining if you wish one night and then return to your Traditional Dining. Do tell your waiters if you decide to try Anytime Dining or the Specialty restaurants. If you decide you want to stick with Anytime Dining, then be sure you let the Maitre d' know so the others at your table won't be waiting for you to show.

However, those who sign up for Anytime Dining CANNOT go to Traditional Dining. And, Traditional Dining still fills up first when you book your cruise.

Breakfast and lunch are open seating in one of the dining rooms (it doesn't matter where you are assigned for dinner) and the menus vary. I think the Horizon Buffet is a better way to go for those meals ... faster service for one thing - and the menu changes there, too.

By the way, don't use all CAPS - it's equal to shouting.

When are you going on the Emerald?
