First of all, have a great time on your cruise. On this particular ship they, have a "set dining time"(traditional) as well as "anytime dining". If you have the traditional dining you can't use the anytime dining restaurants until about after 8pm. They have the same menu as the regular dining rooms except they have one "speciality" entree.
About my comment about the food, I just thought that, it wasn't bad, I just have had better on cruise ships.
About the size of the ship, I wouldn't be "afraid" of the size of it. I am not sure what you like to do, but they did have a lot of activities on it, which I enjoyed. The have a survivor contest, which has great prizes. I won it on my cruise. No, you don't have to eat anything, and it is quite easy.
Renting vehicles is a very easy, and inexpensive way to see a lot of the islands.
I can't think of anything else at the moment, everything else is pretty standard compared to other cruises, but If you have anything specific that you would like to ask, please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
