I believe it's only offered on a few ships. I just returned on Sunday from the Crown Princess, and they did have one, and it was wonderful, even had a small pool for adults only!

The newest Princess grand class ships have this feature, and the Caribbean Princess will also have the Sanctuary when it comes out of dry dock next spring.
