Default help!!!!!!!

Hi All
We are first time cruisers looking forward to our panama canal trip on 26th december on the coral princess
Can anyone help us with the following ?...

general costs of alcohol especially wine, beer and cocktails..does anyone have a wine list ?. Can we take any alcohol onboard?.

We love to dance- are there any good dance classes on board?

Whats the best way to get from FL to Miami? - we've booked a post cruise hotel and apparently we need to make our own way to miami !!

Any valuable advice you wished you'd have known would be most appreciated!!
thanks

No on the taking alcohol on board.
You should have your TA get you a bar set-up.
This will get you booze to your cabin.
A bottle of vodka will run you 30,35 bucks and tequilia is 40, 45 dollars.
This is much much much less than you will pay in the lounges and bars.

Drinks range from 7-10 dollars and beers are 4-5 dollars each.

On NCL balcony cabins and above had mini-bars in the room. Very pricey but convienent.

At FLL ask the cruise reps and they will steer you to the shuttle to Port of Miami. Last June it was $18pp in a town car.

You can sneak alcohol on in your CHECKED bag. They don't allow it, but never heard of anyone having problems. We brought a 12 pk of beer and a couple of bottles of rum in water bottles on our last cruise. Some friends did too and had no problems. You are allowed to bring 1 or 2 bottle of wine onboard too.

Think twice about bringing booze on board. This is from Holland America...ALL cruise lines have this policy.

Bringing Alcoholic Beverages Onboard
Except for wine and champagne, alcoholic beverages purchased in the vessel's shops or otherwise brought on the ship cannot be consumed on the ship. Bottles and other containers will be collected for safekeeping and delivered to your stateroom on the last day of the voyage.

A corkage fee of US$15.00 applies to wine and champagne brought to the restaurants or bars for consumption.

Room Service offers reduced-price stateroom beverage packages for in-stateroom consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Our beverage package (bar set-up) is going to cost 173.00 for two bottles of Smirnoff and two bottles of Cuervo Gold.
Much cheaper than the embarrassment of going to the bad people's room.
