New Years Eve

Does anyone have any experience of new years eve on ship?. Are there any special events such a fireworks etc?. Guess the night is formal?

Hi Princessposh. Which ship are u cruising on for the New Year and where r u going? That's a good question as I'd like to know as well. We're cruising to Hawaii for Christmas and New Years. Sailing on the 18, so I hope your answer comes before I leave.

In my view New Year's Eve is the very best night of the year to be on a ship. The ship's are decorated, and do come alive with parties in every lounge and a big deck party.

We were on the coral last year to the Panama Canal. We went the end of October. Everything about the ship was great! You're going to have so much fun.[/i]

We are on Diamond Princess 2008 into 2009 from Auckland to Sydney

Queen Victoria 2007 into 2008, infact we will be on board this time next week
