Any Tips for a New Year's Cruise on the Caribbean Princess

I am 51. My husband is 57. It is our honeymoon. I have sailed on Celebrity and RCCL. He has never cruised before. We aren't really interested in excursions. I'd love some tips regarding the ship, however, including:

best dining room (we have open dining)
sanctuary pass-is it worth it
shortcuts to get to locations on the ship
must see shows
must try menu choices
favourite spots on the ship
