I have read that the first night on the Caribbean Princess there is a seafood buffet in the Caribe Cafe. Some have praised it highly. My questions are: Is it that good? Is it very crowded? And is it worth giving up the regular dining rooms for?
That's will depend on your taste, it's not always the same for every one. We enjoyed the buffet it had the same as the dinner room, and I think a little more.

We also tried it on our last cruise, it was fine - but remember it is still a buffet. I suggest you give it a try at least once so then you know! In the future though, we have decided to skip it and go to the dining room.

It's a cold buffet, so if you like cold crab legs, cold shrimp, etc., you might enjoy the buffet. I'd suggest that you walk through the buffet and see if anything appeals to you. If not, go to the dining room.
