We are heading out on the 16th of April....we took this cruise last year on the Dawn and had an amazing time! Can't wait! 8)

I did this cruise last month. The Diamond Princess is a great ship and the staff very friendly. The Cruise Director and his staff are excellent, look out for Brad!!!

I have just come off Queen Victoria and was talking with John, one of the barman in The Golden Lion Bar. He has just come off Diamond Princess and said it is a wonderful ship, 'his favourite' and left me with a message which perhaps some of you could pick up on please

Look for Hazel. One of the Bar Staff, short in stature but high in customer care. Wonderful person who will look after you and say to her 'John on Queen Victoria wishes to be remembered to you"

My two sisters, their husbands, and my husband and myself are all traveling to Hawaii Jan. 17 aboard the Diamond Princess. This is only my second cruise; the first one being over 20 years ago! One of my sisters and her husband took a Princess cruise-land pkg. 2 years ago to Alaska and loved the ship so that is why they chose the Princess line again. We're all excited and ready to go!

8) We are on the Diamond right now returning to the Main land. That's when your cruise will pick up. Water was a little rockey going over, but when we reached the Islands it calmed down, days going over were sun some the time and then clouds. but it gets better as the trips progress, we went on the Island Princess in March and the weater was just perfect. Enjoy the trip. And if you forget anything they have a FREE suddle to Walmarts in Hilo your first stop.
