Partially Obstructed oceanview on Sapphire or Diamond

has anyone stayed in a partially obstructed oceanview room on the Sapphire or Diamond, on the Emerald Deck. Need to know what that means, what's partially obstructing? when I look at the deck plans, our room shows no obstruction?

You will be looking at the "Life Crafts" (Lifeboats). They will not totally obstruct your view, but it not a pretty sight.
