Default How are the kids programs on the PrincessC?

Scheduled for a Princess Cruise Feb 2008. This will be the first cruise in which my husband and I are taking our 3 kids, ages 8,10 and 12. I'm really looking forward to it. How are the youth programs? My 12 year old said she doesn't want to be stuck with kids that are much younger. Any suggestions?

Princess divides the kids into 3 groups by age and from all I've heard the kids love the programs. I've seen the facilities and they look great. Don't think your kids will have any problem.

Hello Canuck, I wanted to say that this is our first time cruising as well. We are leaving our two kids behind. But we are also on Princess cruise in Feb. We will be on the Grand ship leaving Feb.9. Maybe we will be on the same ship. If not enjoy your cruise. I know we will as we have had blizzard conditions in Alberta last few days. 8)

No Worries!

Our daughter is one of the Teen Coordinators for princess. She used to be with the younger ones.

Your kids will have a great time. They will all be in different programs, I've seen the activities , their Patters newsletter ,and toured facilities on several ships, they will have as much fun as they want too.

Kids are very safe, they are very strict.

Google and check out program descriptions , and ages.

From what I've seen on all our past Princess cruises the kids (of all ages) seem to love the activities that are set up for them. ON our last cruise on the Grand they even had a cake decoration event set up in the atrium. They must have been 30 kids participating. (mostly 10 to 15 years of age)
