Default Where do we leave our stuff on excursions?

My husband and I are taking our first cruise this saturday on the grand princess. We will be stopping in places like jamaica, mexico, cayman islands, etc. We have excursions booked for most of those places and since this our first cruise, we were wondering... if we bring a camera, a bag, money, etc. with us on our excursion and we both want to go swimming or participate in some other water activity, what do we do with our stuff?

You can leave your stuff on the bus or in the boat and it will be fine.
