Default room 6046 Tahitian Princess

Has anyone stayed in room 6046 on the Tahitian Princess? It is an outside room with an obstruction of a life boat. Just wondering how bad the obstruction is? Any info would help. Cruzin May 8/08 to Tahiti and Hawaii.
Thanks,
Tracy

Default cabin assignment

Hi Tracy,
First of all I just wanted to tell you to check your private message. Also I wanted to let you know that I don't know about the Tahitian Princess but we stayed in a cabin that was partially obstructed on Costa and it was perfectly fine. You can't look straight down into the water but a balcony is a balcony. Waking up in the morning and being able to step out and breathing the fresh sea air, what could be better. Maybe a suite

Take Care,
Sharon

Thanks,
MV Tahitian Princess is a great little ship!

I have not stayed in that specific cabin, but I'll tell you what to expect in an "obstructed view" cabin. You'll get some daylight around the obstructions, but you will not have much of a view -- perhaps just a little patch of sky or water if you are lucky. But don't worry -- the ship has plenty of open deck space and plenty of lounges with lots of unobstructed windows where you can hang out!

Have a fantastic cruise!

Norm.

been on this ship several times and had an obstructed view once and it means you see part of the bottom of a boat out your window.
Not as good as an unobstructed view but better than an inside room.
