Hi guys has anyone been on this cruise with princess. I have booked to go next april on the Diamond. Also did anyone book one of princess land tours in China and how was it. Any info would be great.

If you want to drop me a PM, I would be happy to forward our travel journal of the SE Asia cruise we took with Princess. We did a 10-day land tour at the same time and loved it - it included Xi'an and a Yangtze cruise. We still rate this as our favorite cruise!

We will be aboard the Diamond also. This will be our third Princess cruise to the Orient if that is any indication of our favour for it. To us it is the most amazing of all their cruises. Little wonder it is fully booked a year in advance. We took the Princess seven day land tour before joining our last cruise which, apart from being outstanding, added to our enjoyment of the following ports of Hong Kong and Shanghai. You couldn't have chosen a better itinerary.
Yes it should be great. I have never been to this part of the world so all the ports are new to me. I dont think i could do a 10 day land tour as well because the cruise with flights ect are 21 days

People are so nice , great places to see , went out on our own a few times no problems. Do did a guide to explain things that are 2,000 plus years old
