Onboard activities?

Are all the onboard activities (on Sapphire) free except for casinos, spas, bars, boutiques?

I am interested specifically in whether there is a charge for golf simulator, mini golf, shows, movies, etc?

Mini golf is free, but there is a charge for the simulator golf, sorry, don't know what the cost is.
