We are looking at an Alaska cruise on the Coral Princess and wondering if a stern cabin mini-suite near the very back of the ship is a good idea. It's actually larger than many of the mid-ship mini-suites. Cabin D724 on the Dolphin deck is one option we are considering.
We've only cruised once before and never on Princess, so some advice on cabin selection would be appreciated. Thanks!
We cruised Alaska on the Island, identical to the coral and we had an aft mini-suite and loved it. You can walk a short distance to the rear of the ship and have a larger private viewing area. You won't be sorry! I believe the dolphin deck does not have any cover on the balcony, but I'm not sure that is as big a deal as some posters seem to think. So what is others can see you on your balcony...it's the scenery that is the best view! the closets and bathrooms on the Coral(Island) are wonderful! Go for it!
