Using google I did find name; but I goofed looking for it
Irish Shark,
I know how to use google. The response to my search stated International Dining Room. My mistake was to try to find the International Dining Room on the Sapphire Princess (using deck plans). I did not find it (I did not look good enough). Now I see that a large space exits between the Coral Dining Room and the International Dining Room. I saw the Coral Dining Room but did not think to look beyond the space.
Also, I wish I would have looked under the heading "Sapphire Princess Personal Choice Dining". I took that to mean "anytime dining". If I would have looked, I would have seen the name of the traditional dining room. Now I know where to look in the future.

As Princess uses the terms, "Personal Choice Dining" means that a ship offers BOTH "Traditional Dining" AND "Anytime Dining." The theory is that you can choose, but my experience is that "Traditional Dining" is often sold out and thus not really available. Anyway, all Princess ships except MV Pacific Princess, MV Tahitian Princess, and MV Royal Princess now offer "Personal Choice Dining."
