WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSABLE TOURS ON THE FALL COLORS CRUISES'

We are going on the Royal Princess in October, from Montreal to New York. For whatever reason Princess does not offer any wheelchair accessable tours at any of the 10 stops we are making..

My wife is only able to walk afew steps and needs a wheelchair/electiric cart to get around, she can not easily climb the steps on the bus. I do not want her to be inbearist when she can't get onboard the bus and is shut out of the shore excursions.

Princess has only given us the run around and the people in charge will not return calls.

Does any of our fellow cruisemates have some recomendations for us?

I don't know if this will help you, but if you look at the Princess Cruises
Passage Contract section #15 (f) excursions,shoreside services and other transportation, it might explain why you haven't recieved any answers.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY RECOMENDATIONS FOR US?

WE ALL KNOW THAT THE CONTRACTS ARE ALL LAWYER TALK AND NOT IN ANYWAY IN THE CUSTOMERS INTERESTS.

WE ARE JUST STUNED THAT PRINCESS IS SOO UN HELPFUL. WITH THE BABY BOOMERS GETTING OLDER AND THE ECONOMY GETTING WEAKER THESE CRUISELINES AND THE STOCKHOLDERS ARE IN FOR A REAL SHOCK WHEN THEY FIND FEWER AND FEWER PEOPLE INTERSTED IN CRUISING WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T TAKE CARE OF THE GOOD CUSTOMERS THEY ONCE HAD. (we have some 10 cruises in the past few years with these people, and this will likly be our last, if we don't use the insurance to cancil this one).

ANY IDIEAS WOULD BE APPRICATED FOR ACCESSABLE TOURS.
