Low fat Dining options on the Grand Princess
To all of those who have traveled the Grand Princess in Europe, I am wondering if you can help me with a couple of questions:

Does the Grand offer low fat salad dressings in the buffet?
Skim or "Low Fat" Milk (which I think for Princess is 2%)
Low fat yogurts (at breakfast buffet, usually)

And if anyone has any personal tips, please advise.

I know, it's a bummer, but have to ask. Thanks for your help!

You can meet with the maitre d' when you board, and he will work with you to offer low fat alternatives. I know there was always a lowfat dressing on the menu. I love their lowfat red pepper dressing. If you don't find lowfat dresing in HC you could ask and they'll bring it to you.

Also in your Cruise Personalizer you can mark the request for a lowfat diet. There are plenty of options that you will find on your own. For one, salmon and broiled chicken are offered every night, and you can ask that sauces be left off.

On the left side of the menu, you will find the Lotus Spa menu. The selections are low fat and low in calories.
